SpaceX Talent Sourcer (Temporary) helps build talent pipelines for engineering, manufacturing, and operations roles. You will source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn, Boolean search, GitHub, and niche forums, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.

You excel at representing SpaceX's mission with professionalism and enthusiasm, delivering high-quality candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1+ years recruiting experience for entry-level paths.
• Experience in technical recruiting for engineering or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, niche technical forums, and other channels
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing and research tools to increase pipeline speed and quality while maintaining a personal touch
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategy
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens to assess interest and qualifications
• Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health and share relevant data points with recruiters and hiring teams
• Represent SpaceX’s mission and culture compellingly to prospective candidates
• Stay current on market trends, competitor talent pools, and compensation benchmarks
