SpaceX Talent Sourcer (Temporary) will build pipelines for engineering, manufacturing, and operations roles in the United States. You will proactively source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and niche forums, working with recruiters to refine requirements and approach.

You will represent SpaceX with professionalism and enthusiasm while maintaining autonomy and initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience, or an associate degree with 2+ years.
• Alternatively, 3+ years of recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with technical recruiting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and forums.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for engineering roles.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to speed pipelines.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine requirements.
• Conduct initial outreach and phone screens to assess fit.
• Track pipeline metrics and share data with teams.
• Represent SpaceX’s mission and culture to candidates.
• Stay current on market trends and compensation benchmarks.
