Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years; or 3+ years as a recruiter in lieu of a degree.
• Preferred: 1+ years of technical recruiting experience sourcing for engineering, hardware, or manufacturing roles.
• Strong Boolean/X-ray search skills and ability to build relationships with managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive candidates via professional networks and niche forums.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for engineering roles.
• Leverage sourcing tools to increase speed and quality while keeping a personal touch.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine role requirements and strategy.
• Conduct initial outreach and phone screens to assess fit and interest.
• Track pipeline health and share data with teams; represent SpaceX’s mission to candidates.
