Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Talent Sourcer to build robust pipelines for highly technical roles across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with recruiters, perform proactive outreach, conduct initial screens, and use AI tools to improve speed and quality while upholding SpaceX values and mission. On-site collaboration and initiative are key to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience, or associate degree and 2+ years of experience, or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, niche technical forums, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing and research tools to increase pipeline speed and quality while maintaining a personal touch.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategy.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens to assess interest and qualifications.
• Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health and share relevant data with recruiters and hiring teams.
• Represent SpaceX’s mission and culture compellingly to prospective candidates.
• Stay current on market trends, competitor talent pools, and compensation benchmarks.
