• Proactively source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and forums.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard‑to‑fill engineering roles.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to increase pipeline speed and quality with a personal touch.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Conduct initial outreach and phone screens to assess interest and qualifications.
• Track sourcing metrics and share data with recruiters and teams.
• Represent SpaceX’s mission and culture to prospective candidates.
• Stay current on market trends, competitor talent pools, and compensation benchmarks.
