• Program management or event planning experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Create job requisitions and post openings to school job sites (e.g., Handshake).
• Review resumes, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews.
• Send offer letters and assist with onboarding activities.
• Coordinate program kickoff events and activities.
• Support other talent programs and HR-related communications.
