Job summary

Morgan Corp. is seeking a Recruiter to support a comprehensive recruiting strategy across salaried roles in the Operations department. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, onboarding, and driving employer branding initiatives.

You will partner with hiring managers to build effective sourcing strategies and ensure a smooth candidate experience. The Recruiter will also manage internship programs, coordinate with HR and Payroll on offers, and report recruiting metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent).
• 2–4 years of recruiting experience; construction/engineering background preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-relationship skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry- to mid-level corporate and salaried positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, postings, and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen applications and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and culture fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Oversee and coordinate internship programs, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
• Hire and support entry-level salaried positions, building relationships with early-career talent pipelines.
• Support offer preparation and pre-employment steps in partnership with HR and Payroll.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness).
• Represent Morgan Corp at career fairs and information sessions; travel involved.
• Develop recruiting materials and social-media content promoting the employer brand.
