Job summary

Langan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern or Co‑op to join its collaborative Human Resources team in Parsippany, NJ. This individual will serve a key function in supporting Talent Acquisition reporting, compliance and program efforts as well as coordinating and assisting human resource partners in the recruiting process.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to interface with human resources partners firm‑wide to provide coordinative support that drives fulfillment of business

Qualifications

• Student actively pursuing Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or coursework relating to HR.
• Ability to work at least 25 hours/week.
• Prior office experience.
• Strong interest in full life cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings on internal and external websites.
• Ensure compliance across state/local posting sites.
• Assist with management of careers inbox and candidate inquiries.
• Support reporting processes including data gathering and auditing.
• Help recruiters review resumes and source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake.
• Schedule phone interviews and prepare offer letters.
• Provide back-up to Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators.
• Perform other duties as requested.
