Job summary

Schindler Elevator Company in Morristown, NJ, is seeking a Talent Specialist (Temp) to support our Talent & Development team during the 2027 summer internship program. The role reports to the Talent Programs Manager and focuses on recruitment activities across the internship cycle.

You will create job requisitions, post openings on Handshake, review resumes, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding, offers, and program events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in agency or in-house recruiting.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with program management or event planning is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create job requisitions and post openings to school sites (e.g., Handshake).
• Review resumes, screen applicants and referrals, and coordinate interviews.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding activities.
• Coordinate meals and training materials for programs and events.
