RJ Schinner Co., Inc. is seeking an HR Recruiting Intern to support the Human Resources team with a primary focus on operations recruiting and candidate engagement. This role provides hands-on experience across sourcing, initial phone screens, interview coordination, and communication with applicants.

The internship is at our corporate office in Menomonee Falls, WI and is suitable for a student seeking a part-time or full-time opportunity for the fall semester, depending on availability.

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to communicate with candidates by phone and build rapport.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; well organized with time management.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts for operations positions across the organization.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, platforms, and social channels.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Document candidate information in the ATS/HRIS and assist HR team as needed.
