• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and Talent Acquisition Partners, helping candidates progress through the hiring process.
• Engage with active candidates to support timely, positive communications.
• Schedule phone screenings as part of the recruiting workflow.
• Connect candidates with Talent Acquisition Partners to help move them through next steps in the hiring process.
