Prime Healthcare Services is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Assistant for a 12-week assignment in Coshocton, OH. The role focuses on administrative support, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for the Talent Acquisition team.

You will work with hiring managers and HR staff, ensuring recruitment processes meet organizational needs. Onsite schedule is typical business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm or 8:00am–4:30pm, with days shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Secretarial training, clerical experience, and prior office experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Overview

Position: Temporary TA Assistant

Assignment Length:12 weeks

Schedule: 7:30am - 4:00pm or 8am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative, secretarial and clerical duties for the Talent Acquisition department. Talent Acquisition Assistant will source and screen candidates for assigned job openings, ensuring minimum qualifications are met, and coordinate and track interviews with hiring managers. Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers, other facility human resource staff, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure that recruiting practice meet the organization’s needs.

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED, required.
• Secretarial training, clerical and previous office experience, required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, required.
• Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field.
• Previous experience in health care recruitment.
