Prime Healthcare Services in Ontario, CA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles onsite. You will leverage iCIMS ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing tools, and CRM systems to build pipelines and partner with hiring managers and TA leadership.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven healthcare recruitment environment, with a hunter mentality and strong communication skills.

Formación

• High school diploma/GED, required.
• Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.
• Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
• Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
• Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records, and track engagement.
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing tools, Boolean search, and passive sourcing techniques.
• Screen candidates to ensure minimum qualifications, licensure, certifications, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and track interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers and TA Manager to achieve recruitment goals.
• Maintain recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, candidate pipeline health, and requisition status.
• Promote a positive candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.
