This role focuses on sourcing candidates, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws, while delivering a professional experience to applicants and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business, Health Administration, HR or related field is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Experience in physician or clinical recruiting preferred.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems is expected.
• Strong project management skills are important.

Responsabilités

• Support recruitment strategy and confidentiality across personnel data and processes.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media and events to meet staffing needs.
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-boarding for new physicians and providers.
• Maintain compliant processes with federal and state employment laws.
• Track applicant data and communications throughout the ATS.
