Community Medical Centers is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a three- to four-month temporary assignment in Fresno, CA. You will partner with Hiring Leaders and Talent Acquisition Partners to move candidates through the hiring process.

You will schedule phone screens, engage active candidates, and help recruit for a large system with over 12,000 team members. This role emphasizes collaboration, process excellence, and a strong service mindset in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

You’ll be the go-to contact for candidates and Talent Acquisition Partners — keeping candidates moving through the hiring process. Day-to-day, you’ll engage with active candidates, schedule phone screenings, and connect them with Talent Acquisition Partners to help move them through the hiring process. This is a unique opportunity to represent Community and help recruit for a system with over 12,000 team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• 2 years of administrative, data entry, customer service, or relevant experience required
• Experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Marketing preferred
