Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–3 years of account management, partnership marketing, sponsorship, event operations, or related experience.
• Event planning, event execution, or on-site event management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to drive client initiatives and partner satisfaction.
• Assist in managing day-to-day responsibilities for partner accounts including status reports, planning calls, budgets, Salesforce, tickets, and recaps.
• Support event-day activations across the partner landscape and ensure execution meets MSG standards.
• Support hospitality efforts with ticket requests input, delivery, and on-site tracking to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Provide operational support for partnership activations and events during the Christmas Spectacular season.
