Job summary

MSG Entertainment Corp. is seeking a Temp Associate in Partnership Operations for the Christmas Spectacular portfolio in New York City. The role supports partner accounts across hospitality, signage, events, digital and social content, and other marketing activations to drive KPIs.

As an on-site, part-time position, you will coordinate with internal stakeholders and partners, manage status reports, planning calls, budgets, and on-site event support to ensure top-tier partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years in account management, partnership marketing, sponsorship, event operations, or related fields.
• Experience in event planning or on-site event management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in account management and relationship building internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive client initiatives and partner satisfaction.
• Assist in managing day-to-day responsibilities for partner accounts including status reports and planning calls.
• Manage budgets, Salesforce, ticketing, recaps, and other administrative tasks.
• Support on-site activations and hospitality efforts to ensure standards are met.
• Provide operational support for partnership activations and events during the Christmas Spectacular season.
• Deliver exceptional guest and partner experiences while adhering to appearance and presentation guidelines.
