Job summary

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) seeks a Temp Associate in the Partnership Operations team within Global Partnerships to support activation across the Christmas Spectacular portfolio.

You will assist with contractual assets, hospitality, signage, events, and digital/social activations to optimize partner KPIs. Responsibilities include day-to-day management for partner accounts, planning calls, budgets, Salesforce usage, and on-site event support to ensure partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–3 years of account management, sponsorship, or event ops experience.
• Event planning or on-site event management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and execution of contractual assets for assigned partners across the CSSR portfolio.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to drive client initiatives and with external clients to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Assist in managing day‑to‑day responsibilities for partner accounts including status reports, weekly planning calls, budgets, Salesforce, ticketing, recaps, and other administrative support.
• Support event‑day activations across the partner landscape, ensuring execution meets partner and MSG standards.
• Support department hospitality efforts with input, delivery, and tracking of ticket requests, on‑site support at events.
• Support the tracking and reporting of partner digital and social assets.
• Provide operational support for partnership activations and events during the Christmas Spectacular season.
• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including appearance and presentation guidelines on-site.
