Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student with 12+ hours of coursework and in good academic standing.
• Based in Austin, TX, able to work in person on campus.
• Ability to lift and transport event materials (>10 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Maintain project timelines in Smartsheet and coordinate inventory.
• Assist with event logistics, preparation, and support.
• Create event collateral in Canva and maintain digital records.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and able to manage competing tasks

Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Canva

Strong organizational skills

Education

Currently enrolled as a student at the University with 12+ hours of coursework
