Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician in College Station, TX to support on-site maintenance across the community. The role requires regular on-site attendance, responding to requests, and performing routine, cosmetic, and emergency maintenance under supervision.

A background in facilities or property management is preferred. Responsibilities include pool maintenance, grounds upkeep, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and extend the life of the community.
• Assist with housekeeping of office, common areas, and model unit and ensure safety compliance.
