Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate in College Station, TX, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance tasks and keep the property safe, clean, and appealing for residents.

You will repair, inspect, and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, work with the Maintenance Supervisor, and participate in on-call rotations and safety programs to support a high-quality living environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year maintenance experience preferred, apartment industry a plus.
• EPA Type I/II certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to keep the community safe and well maintained.
• Repair and service HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliances.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and records.
• Assist with turn events and move-ins/outs as needed.
• Provide good resident service and timely communication.
