Avenue5 Residential is seeking a maintenance supervisor (temporary) in Washington for the day-to-day upkeep of a property. You will lead the maintenance team, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and manage service requests to uphold safety and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state and federal regulations.
• Maintain service requests and unit make-ready standards with the maintenance team.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
