Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure compliance with policies and laws at the assigned property in Tumwater, WA. You will manage service requests, schedule repairs, and mentor the maintenance team to uphold safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 3+ years in property management or related field, and solid carpentry and general maintenance skills; a valid driver's license is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage service requests and unit make-ready standards, tracking progress and budgets.
• Perform maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and safety checks.
• Keep property grounds clean and safe; promote safety and risk management.
• Mentor the maintenance team and coordinate with the property manager on issues.
