Job summary

Marquee Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Administrative Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse operations in Carlsbad, CA. The role requires strong Excel skills, data accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, ERP-based transactions, and collaboration with Shipping, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations. Associate degree preferred; 2+ years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years inventory control, warehouse, or order processing experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required; Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and data entry skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory receipts, transfers, adjustments, and transactions.
• Perform cycle counts using ERP system and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Allocate inventory to customer orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify slow-moving inventory.
• Build and release kitted product assemblies and create work orders.
• Generate inventory reports through Excel and support inventory audits.
• Collaborate with Shipping, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations.
• Assist with inventory control training and process improvements.
