The Inventory Control Clerk plays a role in maintaining accurate inventory levels across multiple locations within the company's supply chain. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRMENTS:
The employee must be able to communicate in English with the ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, handbooks, and manuals. Clerical skills must be in English and must be at a level that will allow for correct and legible recording and reporting.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form. Must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve inventory-related issues efficiently.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, bend, stoop and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to sit duration of the shift. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. Occassionally lift up to 50 lbs.
