Job summary

The Marvin Group in Inglewood, CA, is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support materials management. You will cycle count, pick, pack, and return materials, while handling ERP data entry and stock control to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Requirements include 1 year in inventory, SAP experience, proficiency with Excel/Word, and the ability to lift 35 lbs. This on-site role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in inventory environment (manufacturing preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently & as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• 1 year experience in ERP system (preferably SAP).
• 1 year experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to follow good warehousing practices such as Clean as you go and F.O.D. = Foreign object debris.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 35lbs., stand, walk, bend, & climb ladder(s) during 8-hour shift.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Cycle counts all material in Warehouse & supports YE Physical Inventory.
• Pulls all materials on picklist.
• Properly packages all materials to be securely store or deliver to internal/external customers.
• Process all data-entry in ERP system.
• Verify & receives all outbound/inbound materials into stock.
• Operates warehouse equipment such as stand-up forklift, sit down forklift, W.A.V. and pallet jack.
• Work Safely per MEC safety protocol and complete all monthly safety training.
