The Judge Group is seeking an Inventory Clerk for a manufacturing client in Dubuque, IA to manage inventory records, perform cycle counts, and ensure accuracy on the shop floor.

Candidate should be detail-oriented with experience in inventory in manufacturing; SAP experience preferred, and training available.

This role involves both independent work and collaboration with teams, with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred, but HS diploma/equivalent with 1+ years of inventory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with data entry and administrative tasks in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work independently and on the floor part of the time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
• Verify incoming inventory and perform data entry tasks.
• Support root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies.
• Work on the floor approximately 50% of the time for verification.
• Collaborate with teams to improve inventory processes.

• Strongly prefer SAP experience, but training can be provided.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in warehouse/manufacturing operations (cycle counts, forklift, shipping/receiving, etc.) is beneficial.
