Job summary

Clarience Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist for a 3-6-month assignment to join our Human Resources team. This is a temporary, W-2, hourly position with no company-sponsored benefits.

The HR Generalist will collaborate with HR professionals and business leaders, gaining exposure to strategic and administrative HR activities while contributing to meaningful projects that support employees and organizational goals. Location is onsite in Southfield, MI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Preferred internship, campus leadership, or office admin experience.
• Familiarity with HR principles, employment laws, or HR technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Recruitment & Talent Acquisition activities (postings, candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination).
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding activities and orientation programs.
• Maintain HR records and confidentiality; handle HR data entry and reporting in Workday.
• Assist with employee engagement surveys and events; support training coordination.
• Contribute to HR analytics, metrics, and process improvement projects.
