Job summary

Creative Tech Startup in the SF Bay Area is seeking a temporary Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting across the organization for a 6-month engagement. This onsite role (3 days/week) supports a fast-growing team and acts as the brand ambassador for candidates.

You will manage active hiring needs, partner with team leaders and HR, build structured pipelines, and streamline workflows to scale hiring while delivering a warm candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting Ownership: Drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple open requisitions from sourcing to offer delivery.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal leaders and HR to define target candidate profiles and guide interview loops.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a warm, high-touch candidate experience and support smooth onboarding handoffs.

We are partnering with an innovative, fast-growing tech startup in the South Bay to find their first dedicated talent acquisition partner. This is a 6-month Temporary Recruiter role to work alongside a driven, passionate, and highly collaborative team.

The Role

In this high-impact position, you will fully own recruiting across the organization. Partnering directly with team leaders, you will manage active hiring needs, act as the key brand ambassador for prospective candidates, and help to build smooth, organized systems to elevate the entire hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting Ownership: Drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple open requisitions, from candidate sourcing and initial screening to interview logistics and offer delivery.
• Process & Workflow Setup: Build out organized talent pipelines, tracking systems, and structured hiring workflows to support seamless multi-departmental growth.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with internal leaders and HR to define target candidate profiles and guide efficient, timely interview loops.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a warm, engaging, and high-touch candidate experience while supporting smooth onboarding handoffs.
