Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a combination of recruiting and recruiting operations.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels; technology company experience is a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience proactively identifying and engaging talent.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and serving as a trusted recruiting advisor.
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
• Experience independently managing recruiting coordination and interview logistics.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using recruiting data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Experience using modern applicant tracking systems; Ashby experience strongly preferred.
• Experience building ATS reports, dashboards, and recruiting funnel analyses.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• High level of discretion and comfort handling confidential candidate and employee information.
• Ability to operate independently, identify what needs to be done, and move work forward with limited oversight.
• Comfort working in a lean, fast-moving People Team where responsibilities may span strategic and operational work.
• Ability to work from a commutable distance to the San Francisco office and attend at least two days per week (Wednesday and Thursday).

Responsibilities

• Independently own full-cycle recruiting from hiring-manager intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, interview plans, and search strategies.
• Source and engage candidates through outbound sourcing, referrals, inbound applications, and other channels.
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess skills, experience, motivation, and role alignment.
• Guide candidates and hiring teams through interviews and provide a high-quality candidate experience.
• Evaluate pipelines, adjust recruiting strategies, and keep searches moving efficiently.
• Support offer development, approvals, delivery, and candidate closing.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Own interview scheduling and coordination across candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and leadership.
• Manage candidate communications and coordinate complex interview panels.
• Maintain interview plans, scorecards, candidate records, and workflows in Ashby.
• Partner with the People Team on preboarding and onboarding transitions.
• Identify opportunities to automate or streamline administrative recruiting work.
• Own recruiting data integrity, reporting, analytics, dashboards, and funnel analyses in Ashby.
• Track time-to-fill, time-to-hire, funnel conversion, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, and hiring-plan progress.
• Provide recurring recruiting updates and actionable insights to People leadership and hiring managers.
• Serve as an Ashby subject-matter expert and optimize recruiting workflows, reporting, and processes.
• Maintain recruiting documentation, templates, interview guides, and hiring-manager resources.
• Establish scalable recruiting practices and support recruiting compliance and documentation.
• Partner with the People Team on talent-related projects and continuously improve the hiring experience.
