CN Guidance & Counseling Services, Inc. in New York Town of Oyster Bay is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to provide front desk support at the Intensive Crisis Stabilization Center under the supervision of the Assistant Office Manager.

You will greet visitors, answer calls, manage the visitor log, assist with deliveries and supplies, and perform data entry in the electronic health record (EHR) while maintaining strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; basic office skills preferred.
• No prior experience required; reception/customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet and announce visitors and assist with front desk duties.
• Answer and direct telephone calls; take messages as needed.
• Distribute and log visitor badges; maintain visitor log.
• Receive deliveries and monitor office supplies inventory.
• Perform data entry in the electronic health record (EHR) and other systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in daily operations.
