The position ends February 28, 2027, with potential for per diem transition. High school diploma required; basic office skills training preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Training in basic office skills, including answering phones and data entry, preferred.

Aufgaben

• Greet and announce visitors, notify staff of arrivals, and provide general reception assistance.
• Answer incoming calls, direct to staff, and take messages as needed.
• Distribute and collect visitor badges and maintain the visitor log.
• Notify on supply needs and help maintain inventory.
• Receive and route deliveries and inform relevant staff.
• Maintain lobby and waiting area; ensure seating and cleanliness.
• Complete data entry in the EHR and other systems as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and applicable policies.
• Participate in QI training and professional development.
