Job summary

Oklahoma State Department of Health is seeking an EHR Support Analyst - Temporary in Oklahoma City. The role handles monitoring and triaging requests across the EHR Ticketing system, PHOCIS Helpdesk, and CERS Release of Information, coordinating with CHD sites and other agency staff.

Part-time, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8–5, located in OKC. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with the possibility of substitution by related IT work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in computer operations, production scheduling, network administration, or information systems services coordination may substitute for education.
• Experience in health-related system support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, triages, responds to and routes assistance requests in EHR Ticketing, PHOCIS Helpdesk, and CERS Release of Information inbox.
• Responds to internal users reporting issues with EHR, PHOCIS, ISS and other systems.
• Collaborates with system support staff to resolve issues and route tickets.
• Provides technical assistance to other staff in completing tickets.
• Documents new user support processes and troubleshooting procedures as needed.
• Assists with responding to health records requests in coordination with Open Records and General Counsel.
