Oklahoma State Department of Health is seeking an EHR Support Analyst - Temporary to monitor and route requests from the EHR Ticketing system, PHOCIS Helpdesk, and CERS, in collaboration with CHD staff. The role emphasizes documentation, testing, and training support within a health‑care governed environment.

The position is part‑time, 8–5 schedule, located at 123 Robert S Kerr, OKC, with compensation up to $33.65 per hour based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a health-related system preferred.
• Experience in a help desk environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, document issues for vendors, and work in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, triage, respond to, and route requests from EHR Ticketing system, PHOCIS Helpdesk, and CERS inbox.
• Assist health department sites with procedures across systems for records releases.
• Aid in testing system changes and documenting test results.
• Provide training support to CHD staff and escalate where governance is needed.
