Job summary

ICES: Data, Discovery, Better Health in Oklahoma City seeks an On-site IT Support Technician to cover a temporary engagement across the OKC facilities. You will work with the existing help desk to field tickets and perform basic hardware troubleshooting in a busy clinical environment.

The role requires coordinating with incoming IT personnel and vendors during a transition, and providing desk-side support when needed.

Qualifications

Basic hardware troubleshooting ability.
Ability to follow direction without close supervision.
Comfortable working as part of a distributed team, monitoring messages/tickets, and taking direction remotely.

Responsibilities

Act as the on-site eyes and hands for IT across the client's OKC facilities, working alongside the existing help desk to field and resolve day-to-day tickets.
Diagnose basic hardware issues and provide desk-side support to staff.
Escort the incoming owner's IT personnel and vendors through facilities for system and MDF room access.
Assist with a facility recycling/equipment disposal project already underway.
Relay requests between the incoming owner and the client's support team during the transition, and elevate anything beyond scope to the client's broader remote engineering team or Netrio's help desk rather than resolving independently.
