Job summary

Red Cliffs Lodge Moab is seeking a Director of Rooms to lead Front Office and Housekeeping, delivering exceptional guest service while supporting hotel profitability. Direct reporting to the General Manager, you will manage daily operations and guide a team toward service excellence.

The role requires 3-5 years of management experience in hospitality, strong leadership, and a proven ability to optimize RevPAR and guest satisfaction within a premium lodge environment.

Qualifications

• Front Office operations experience required.
• 3-5 years of management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office and housekeeping to achieve guest satisfaction and revenue goals.
• Set quarterly goals for the rooms division and monitor progress.
• Maintain guest services standards and ensure consistent guest experiences.
• Manage payroll costs and expenses within budgets and forecasts.
• Lead staff training, hiring, and performance coaching.
• Drive RevPAR via upselling and occupancy strategies.
