Job summary

Azul Hospitality is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at Red Cliffs Lodge Moab, UT. You will oversee daily upkeep of guest rooms, exterior areas, and public spaces, ensuring HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems are kept in top condition.

You will plan and schedule work, manage materials and bids, enforce safety, and develop preventive maintenance programs. Strong leadership and communication are required to keep the property reliable and guest-ready.

Qualifications

• Engineering/maintenance background in hospitality.
• Experience with HVAC, boilers, chillers, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Experience with reading drawings and design plans.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines.
• Schedule work and order materials to complete assignments.
• Enforce safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Chief Engineer/Operations Manager for activities.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and monitor budgets.
