Job summary

Red Cliffs Lodge Moab in Utah is seeking a seasonal guest services host for September through November. You will greet guests at the restaurant entrance, escort them to tables, and present menus while coordinating with the wait staff to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities include refilling beverages, setting tables, maintaining clean dining areas, processing to-go orders as needed, and supporting team members.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the restaurant entrance and welcome them with a smile.
• Escort guests to tables and present the menu; coordinate with wait staff.
• Refill beverages, set tables, and maintain clean eating/serving areas.
• Assist with to-go orders and expediting food as needed.
• Report maintenance problems or safety hazards and follow procedures.
