ISS STOXX GmbH is hiring Temporary Research Analysts in Norman, OK, for a Jan–June 2027 term. The role involves on-site work with potential overtime during peak periods, supporting the Custom Research team in developing governance guidelines and customized vote recommendations based on client policy.

You will complete governance research, distill financial data, and support projects while learning client-specific guidelines and contributing to report customization for investment clients.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in finance/economics/law or similar discipline
• Experience in finance/research or law is a plus
• Ability to commit to the duration of the assignment
• Strong judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
• Effective written and oral communication
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with technology

• Conduct basic and advanced governance research on meetings and companies
