Job summary

Apple Rehab Inc. seeks experienced CNAs for a temporary contract in Connecticut. The role focuses on direct resident care, ADLs, vital signs, and timely documentation across multiple nearby facilities.

Flexibility to work 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts and at various locations is required, with weekly pay and a 16-hour minimum per week schedule. Qualified candidates hold a Connecticut CNA certification in good standing, have at least 2 years in senior care, and are PCC proficient.

Qualifications

• Connecticut CNA certification in good standing is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in senior care or skilled nursing.
• PCC proficient.
• Attendance is mandatory and required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Reliable, dependable, and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care per facility policies and standards.
• Assist with activities of daily living, bed making, turning, and vital signs.
• Complete required documentation and promptly report changes or incidents.
• Answer call lights and respond to residents’ needs promptly.
