Job summary

Find Great People is seeking an Accounting Specialist in Clemson, SC for a full-time 2-3 month temporary assignment. The role requires 5+ years of accounting experience and familiarity with Workday, with on-site work and potential for one hybrid day per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting, finance, accounts payable, procurement, or related experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred).
• Workday experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, purchase transactions, and daily accounting activities.
• Support procurement and accounts payable while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
• Utilize ERP and financial systems to enter, track, and reconcile financial transactions.
• Assist with financial record maintenance, documentation, and reporting activities.
• Provide admin support to the finance team during rapid organizational growth.
• Collaborate with accounting and procurement staff to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Manage high transaction volumes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate financial and procurement-related requests with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and finance initiatives.
