Job summary

CooperVision is seeking a Field Sales Account Executive to manage the Temecula, CA territory, building relationships with eye care professionals and offices. You will drive growth of the contact lens portfolio and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the assigned region.

The role requires residence within the Temecula territory and a consultative sales approach. Travel within the territory is expected 80% of the time with additional travel for conferences and trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of direct related experience (high school + 8 years or similar).
• 4+ years of B2B sales experience in any industry.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of minimum level of insurance coverage and satisfactory driving record as required by the company.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed projected sales goals for the territory.
• Maintain territory call cycle with 5–7 pre-set appointments per workday.
• Utilize CRM tools to analyze product, account sales and territory growth.
• Develop new business within the geographic territory.
