Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and service mindset with customer focus.
• Comfortable using computers and banking tech.
• Professional appearance and positive demeanor.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them to the right colleague.
• Provide outstanding in-branch and phone support.
• Inform customers about Rockland Trust products matching their needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately.
• Make decisions with supervisor as knowledge grows.
• Learn via Rockland Trust's Teller Training with the training team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
