Job summary

FIS is seeking a Consultant II - IBS Teller to guide teller technology implementations for financial institution clients. You will partner with clients to understand requirements, drive implementation activities, and manage readiness from discovery to stabilization.

You will work with project, product, technical, and support teams to ensure high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include leading activities, validating configurations, coordinating testing and training, and supporting go-live

Qualifications

• Experience in software implementations, professional services, client consulting, or financial technology projects.
• Ability to elicit business requirements, analyze processes, and translate needs into guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead IBS Teller implementation activities and ensure milestones are met on schedule.
• Assess client operations, teller workflows, and solution readiness with stakeholders.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, status reviews, and working sessions with clear communication.
