Qualifications

• High School (or equivalent) and two or more years of teller or banking experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Lift/push up to 50lbs.
• Must work onsite to perform responsibilities and be available during branch hours (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm; Sat 8:30am-1pm)

Responsibilities

• Manages daily teller function at a branch with emphasis on customer service and policy compliance.
• Coaches tellers to achieve referral goals and conducts performance reviews.
• Monitors staffing needs and schedules to ensure proper branch coverage.
• Participates in in-house training related to sales, customer service, policies and procedures, compliance, and product knowledge.
• Maintains teller currency levels and handles cash to support operations.
• Assists with audits, documentation, and feedback on customer concerns.
