You will coach tellers, drive cross-sell opportunities, and uphold high service standards while managing schedules and daily audits. Salary ranges from $19.20 to $28.75 hourly, with a Monday–Friday core schedule and additional weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Teller experience
• Minimum 1 year of Teller III or Teller Lead experience
• High School education or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to coach and train employees
• Ability to perform cash transactions accurately
• Vault balancing experience
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong desire to cross-sell products and services
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekends

Responsibilities

• Supervises the teller team.
• Supports branch management with supervision of teller line operations.
• Ensures tellers follow workflows and transactions are accurate and compliant.
• Oversees updates to policies and procedures and ensures team adoption.
• Performs daily vault balancing and oversees cash handling procedures.
• Participates in monthly departmental audits for internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains active teller drawer and assists customers as needed.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities and refers customers to banking partners.
• Addresses escalated customer concerns and de-escalates issues professionally.
• Provides teller coaching and training to improve performance and product knowledge.
• Monitors staff performance and supports evaluations and development opportunities.
• Assists with scheduling to ensure proper teller line coverage.
