Qualifications

• Previous teller experience required.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently run all branch operations and teller processes.
• Inform team of policy changes in teller operations; may partner with Branch Operations Support.
• Take a proactive approach to solving operational issues.
• Ensure security procedures are followed for the safety of employees and customers.
• Lead by example by serving customers in lobby or drive-thru.
• Ensure team compliance with bank and regulatory policies to mitigate losses and maintain security.
• Promote exceptional service and cross-sell to customers as appropriate.
• Participate in community events as needed.
