Responsibilities

• Proactively address operational issues and ensure security procedures are followed for employee and customer safety.
• Lead by example by handling teller duties in lobby or drive-through to serve customers.
• Ensure compliance with bank and regulatory policies to minimize losses and boost service quality.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer customers to appropriate bank personnel.
