Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience as a teller.
• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Proficient in Ten-key skills and computer experience.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Previous teller supervisory experience (preferred).
• Experience with Premier Teller program (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all teller staff and functions of teller area.
• Perform administration of teller transactions and protect bank assets.
• Train tellers at the designated branch(es).
• Monitor holds and large deposits.
• Approve teller transactions exceeding cash limits.
• Ensure adherence to cash handling policies and quarterly audits.
