Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily client service associates.
• Coach staff to improve customer service and sales.
• Develop action plans to meet branch goals.
• Ensure the branch provides quality service and protects against loss.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of branch operations.
• Cross-sell bank products and assist clients in banking.
• Process cash transactions and other duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
